Job Creation
Having job after education is one of the greatest headach most graduate face after school. This has given rise to exploitation from employment agencies. Dynamic Seed Foundation Ghana wish to change that exploitation by exterblishing a direct link between the industries and the graduate or the unemployed who seek work, create the opportunity for enterprenuers to be able to set up their own businesses and help small business owners with the needed assistance to grow. Under the job creation pillar, the foundation will setup employment agency to see to the employment needs of both members and the industry players.
The foundation will also set up its own chain of independent businesses that will help create vacancies that members will be required to work in.
The foundation will also empower members with the desire to setup their own businesses with the financial support, managerial support and equipment support where necessary so they can offer job opportunities for themselves and other members of the foundation and community.
Wealth Creation
This project will focus on the creation of wealth for members.
This will be achieved through wealth creation education, wealth building initiatives, skills training projects and wealth building platforms that are safe and secure for members participation. The foundation will ensure all investment instrument are safe, genuine and one that will help members grow their funds to ensure a better future for themselves and family.
Community Development
The community development projects will focus on projects that will help our communities to grow. With this dynamic seed will collaborate with community leaders to identify and develop projects that will help the community grow such as community farming projects, skills training related to local products etc.
Some of the projects plan under the community development are:
A) Youth in Agriculture projects
B) Youth in sport projects
C) Youth in Road construction
D) Youth in Tree planting and beautification
E) Youth in tourism
Humanitarian Assistance
The humanitarian programs will focus on projects such as:
A) Girl child education: Education is the best gift to give to anyone. Most very brilliant girls in Africa most times comes from very poor home where their parents can not afford better education for them. DSFG will dedicate funds to help brilliant but need girls. Though this assistance will cover the male students too but much focus will be on the girl child.
B) Single motherhood: Single mother’s go through a lot in caring for their children expercially where men have forfit their responsibility to the women. DSFG will help such women with income generating ventures that will help take care of their children.
C) Hope for the homeless: There are many homeless people sleeping on our street as a result of lack. It is disheartening when u see families living on the street because of lack. DSFG will design projects that will seek to help provide shelter for the less privilege members of society and also helping them with income generating ventures.
D) SOS charity projects: This projects will see to the donation of the needs of some of the charity organizations within our community expercially the sos homes. The foundation will adopt some of them for regular supply of their needs.
E) The reformative projects: This projects will focus on helping reintegrate people coming out of our prisons back into society before and after their release from prison. Most time society rejects such people and they become more hardened so they can be taken back to where they are loved.
